Privacy Policy — Horizon Rent Pro

Horizon Rent Pro is a staff operations application for car rental and fleet companies, operated by Horizon Rental Car (Kingdom of Bahrain). The app is available on the web, iOS and Android and requires a staff account issued by the employing company.

• Account data: name, work email, user ID, role and permissions.
• Business records entered by staff: customers, vehicles, contracts, invoices, payments, expenses and VAT records.
• Photos and documents: vehicle, inspection and damage photos, contracts and attachments.
• Device data for push notifications: the notification token of the device.
• Technical logs: app activity and crash/diagnostic data used to keep the service reliable.

We do not collect location data, contacts, or advertising identifiers, and we do not use tracking for advertising.

Data is used only to provide the service: authentication, permissions, fleet and rental operations, invoicing, accounting and VAT reporting, notifications about bookings, contracts and payments, and technical support.

The camera and photo library are used only when a staff member chooses to capture or attach vehicle, inspection or document images. Push notifications are used only for operational alerts. Both permissions can be revoked at any time in device settings.

Horizon Rent Car is the data controller for the data described above. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. We share data only with the following categories of recipient:

• Service providers acting on our behalf: hosting, database, storage and email infrastructure, and support tooling.
• Our Merchant of Record for subscription sales, Paddle.com Market Limited: Paddle is legally the seller of our subscriptions and processes your billing name, email, billing address, tax identifiers and payment method details for order processing, subscription management, invoicing, tax compliance, fraud prevention and billing-related support. Card details are handled by Paddle and its processors and are never stored by us. See the Paddle privacy notice.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting and audit) where necessary.
• Authorities and regulators where required by law.

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access is controlled by role-based permissions and strict company-level isolation enforced in the database, so each company can access only its own data. Optional Face ID / Touch ID / fingerprint lock protects the app on the device.

Business and accounting records are retained for as long as the company account is active and for the period required by applicable Bahraini tax and commercial law. Backups are retained for a limited period and then deleted.

Staff and customers may request access, correction or deletion of their personal data by emailing support@horizonfleetmanager.com from the address associated with the account. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep. Company administrators can also deactivate a staff account at any time from the app.

The app is a business tool intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.

Horizon Rent Pro تطبيق تشغيلي لموظفي شركات تأجير السيارات وإدارة الأساطيل، تشغّله شركة Horizon Rental Car (مملكة البحرين). يعمل التطبيق على الويب و iOS و Android ويتطلب حساب موظف تصدره الشركة.

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، بريد العمل، معرّف المستخدم، الدور والصلاحيات.
• سجلات العمل التي يدخلها الموظفون: العملاء، المركبات، العقود، الفواتير، المدفوعات، المصاريف والضريبة.
• الصور والمستندات: صور المركبات والفحص والأضرار، والعقود والمرفقات.
• رمز الجهاز الخاص بالإشعارات.
• سجلات تقنية: نشاط التطبيق وتقارير الأعطال لتحسين الاستقرار.

لا نجمع الموقع الجغرافي ولا جهات الاتصال ولا معرّفات الإعلانات، ولا نستخدم أي تتبع إعلاني.

تُستخدم البيانات فقط لتشغيل الخدمة: تسجيل الدخول والصلاحيات، إدارة الأسطول والإيجارات، الفوترة والمحاسبة والضريبة، التنبيهات التشغيلية، والدعم الفني.

تُستخدم الكاميرا ومكتبة الصور فقط عندما يختار الموظف تصوير أو إرفاق صور المركبات أو الفحص أو المستندات. الإشعارات تُستخدم للتنبيهات التشغيلية فقط، ويمكن إلغاء الأذونات من إعدادات الجهاز في أي وقت.

Horizon Rent Car هي المتحكم في البيانات. لا نبيع البيانات ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراضه الخاصة، وتُشارك فقط مع: مزوّدي الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات والبريد نيابة عنا؛ وشركة Paddle.com Market Limited بصفتها التاجر المسجّل لبيع الاشتراكات — وتعالج اسم وبريد وعنوان الفوترة والمعرّف الضريبي وبيانات وسيلة الدفع لأجل تنفيذ الطلب وإدارة الاشتراك والفواتير والامتثال الضريبي ومنع الاحتيال ودعم الفوترة، ولا نحتفظ نحن ببيانات البطاقات؛ والمستشارين المهنيين (القانوني والمحاسبي) عند الحاجة؛ والجهات الرسمية عند وجود إلزام قانوني.

جميع الاتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS)، والوصول محكوم بصلاحيات حسب الدور وعزل كامل على مستوى الشركة داخل قاعدة البيانات، فلا ترى أي شركة بيانات شركة أخرى. كما يتوفر قفل بالبصمة أو التعرف على الوجه داخل التطبيق.

يُحتفظ بالسجلات المحاسبية طوال فترة نشاط حساب الشركة وللمدة التي تفرضها الأنظمة الضريبية والتجارية في البحرين، وتُحذف النسخ الاحتياطية بعد مدة محدودة.

يمكن طلب الاطلاع أو التصحيح أو الحذف بمراسلة support@horizonfleetmanager.com من البريد المرتبط بالحساب. تُنفَّذ طلبات حذف الحساب خلال 30 يومًا باستثناء السجلات الملزمة قانونًا، ويمكن لمسؤول الشركة تعطيل أي حساب موظف مباشرة من التطبيق.

التطبيق أداة أعمال مخصصة لمن هم 18 عامًا فأكثر وغير موجّه للأطفال.
