How to request deletion

1. Email support@horizonfleetmanager.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.
2. Include your full name and company name so we can locate the account.
3. We verify the request with your company administrator and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your staff profile, login credentials, device notification tokens, and personal identifiers are deleted within 30 days. Business and accounting records (invoices, contracts, VAT entries) that the company must keep under Bahraini tax and commercial law are retained by the company and disassociated from your personal profile. Backups containing the data are purged on their normal rotation, within 90 days.

Company administrators can also deactivate a staff account immediately from Users inside the app.

أرسل بريدًا إلى support@horizonfleetmanager.com من البريد المرتبط بحسابك بعنوان «حذف حسابي»، مع اسمك الكامل واسم الشركة. يُحذف ملف الموظف وبيانات الدخول ورموز الإشعارات والمعرّفات الشخصية خلال 30 يومًا، بينما تحتفظ الشركة بالسجلات المحاسبية الملزمة قانونًا بعد فصلها عن هويتك الشخصية، وتُمسح النسخ الاحتياطية خلال 90 يومًا كحد أقصى.
